The complex is located in the coastal city of Rijeka, Croatia.

 

It is a city with great cultural influence, characterized by the many cultural festivals which are held throughout the year. For this reason, the complex project will be a visual arts center.

 

This visual arts center will be in communication with a culinary school, located in the north of the plot and a business center located in the south, forming with them two different places: a natural one and artificial one.

 

The complex consists of seven buildings, each one of them dedicated to a different artistic discipline: traditional art, photography, crafts, design, literature and film.

 

Each building will consist of rectangular modules which may be one or two levels, and may be general or singular, depending on whether or not they are repeated in different buildings.

 

So each building is like a box equivalent to an artistic discipline, which contains different forms of the discipline.
